Just something silly..

So we're having a small get together right now at our apartment in Bowling Green.  I'm upstairs in my room though sitting by the open window in January...  Why you may ask?  Because I'm debating on whether or not to change my shirt.  Yes.  I am that girl who halfway through the evening can't decide if I want to put on a different shirt, or just keep wearing the one I started with.  It's a tough decision.  I really enjoy this shirt.  It's blue with little cut outs in the front that shows the black under part of the shirt.  Adorable, right?  Right.  Except for one thing.  I am sweating up a storm.  It's not even hot.  I'm not overheated.  I just tend to sweat when I wear nice shirts.  Which really sucks because my adorable blue shirt has sweat stains down my pits that are fairly noticeable and quite embarrassing.  Why does this occur?  And people wonder why I don't like to dress up. It makes me anxious and then I sweat.  Simple as that.  And now I'm finished with this particular rant, thanks for reading.

The most annoying things right now?  I'm not sweating anymore, and my shirt is no longer damp with sweat, but guess what?  The dark spots are still there.  This is great.

Happy reading.  Stay excellent, Me. :)

P.S.
Sorry for the disgusting post.  I just thought someone might care that I can't have nice things.

Ashlina & Our Shenanigans

Warning: parental discretion advised.  What you are about to read/experience is for mature audiences only.

Just kidding!  Well sort of.  Ashlina is my best friend.  And we do stupid stuff.  Really stupid stuff.  But guess what?  That's why we're great.

I would like to start out this wonderful post with a little bit of a background.  Ashlin and I began our journey of friendship around freshman year (well maybe when we were younger, but no one remembers that silly stuff).  We joined the swim team together and had the best time of our lives, just messing around and pissing off our coach as much as we could.  I knew we were destined from that point on.  (Watch out, this might get deep.)

Our freshman year on swim team, what a wonderful year it was.

Sophomore year, we embarked once again on our swim team journey, but junior year, she left me hanging.  HOW RUDE.  But the summer before our senior year she made it up to me.  Best summer ever.  And that fall?  Well, that fall consisted of beverages, boys, and of course, football.  Here's a little sneak peak:

This happens to be in the lovely Bradley Murphy's barn.  Good night, Brad.  Good night.

Senior girls at before camo night at the football game.

Black out!

I believe this was the New Bremen game..

Then came the winter of our senior year.  Basketball season.  We were a rowdy little crew at the basketball games.  Recently finding out that we were named Most Dramatic (myself) and Most Blunt (Ashlina) made us all the more excited and ready to live up to our rolls. :)

Ugly Sweater day.

And a white out.

There's just one more little detail you should all know about Ashlina and I.  We really just love to be chauffeured around.  Like excessively.  Because of this, anytime we sit in the backseat of someone's car together, we take photos.  Here you go, and look for a trend:

I believe this was after a football game?

After a basketball game.

On our way to an ugly sweater party in Dayton.  (S/O to Aaron Eilerman for being a great host.)

On the way to a wedding.  We're very classy.

And my last weekend at home before returning for this semester at BGSU.

If you didn't notice the trend, it's that my tongue is always out.  And most of the time, she makes a squinty face.  We're adorable.

Finally, the college years.  Now, most people would think that two high school friends would grow apart if they don't go to college together.  Well that's not the case.  I think we're closer now than we were before, if that's even possible.  Here's our wonderful adventures (most of them occurring at Jeffy's over break..)

Kyle's 21st party bus.

Before Whit and Drew's wedding.

At Jeffy's!!! (this is my favorite picture of us.  My hair looks great, well let's be honest, I just look great in general.  Sorry Ashlin.)

Hanging out at the local watering hole on during my last weekend.

So there you have it folks.  The wonderful life of Ashlina (aka Boo Boo) and me (aka Muffin).  I know it's not a lot of words for this post, but you know what?  I think we look better in pictures anyway.  :)

That's all for now.  Happy reading.  Stay excellent, Me.
